How it works!
During the concerts in program at Rock in Roma 2024, the 'Rock in Roma' organization, in collaboration with 'Eventi in Bus', will supply a Shuttle-Bus to take all concert-goers to Rome city centre at the end of the concerts. The stops to be made on the way back are: San Giovanni (Scala Santa) and Roma Termini. The Shuttle Buses will leave at two different times: the FIRST DEPARTURE is at approx. 00:30 (i.e 40 minutes from the end of each concert), while the SECOND DEPARTURE is at 01:00 a.m. (approx. 60 minutes max. from the FIRST DEPARTURE). The departure times of the Shuttle are obviously approximate and may vary from concert to concert depending on the duration of the event. Shuttle-Bus tickets can be purchased directly from this site, clicking the yellow button below “TIMES AND PRICES”. The cost is 10 euros. Following payment you will receive an email with a Voucher to be presented to the bus driver when you get on the Bus and this is to be used as your Bus ticket.

concert included in the 'Rock In Roma' program and drop-off points only will be
at Roma San Giovanni (Scala Santa) and Roma Termini
DATA REQUIRED WHEN BOOKING
When booking please have your personal details, a mobile phone number and of course, an email address ready. If the booking is made for more than one person the “group leader” making the booking will give his personal details; for the other members of the group we will request their name, mobile phone number and email address.
PAYMENT
PAYMENT is accepted by credit card using PayPal. After clicking on BUY you can choose your method of payment. Subscription to PayPal is free and can be done via the site: www.paypal.it.
PRICES
Prices are expressed in euros, refer to a single shuttle-bus transfer to the Roma Termini after-event and include VAT.

OUR PERSONNEL
The day prior to the concert date you will receive an email with the telephone number of a member of our Staff who will be in the area on the departure date of the shuttle-bus. You can contact him/her if you have any problems finding the exact departure point.
CANCELLATIONS
In the case of cancellation of the journey by the client after having paid, there will be no reimbursement by Exclusive Tour S.r.l. However, we would be grateful to receive notification by email at info@eventinbus.com.
